Hi there!
So, welcome! I kind of wanted to do an introduction post of sorts, so hobey ho, let’s go!
My name is Mary and I painted that cruddy Joker behind me about two years ago! I like tags, exclamation points and :Ds. I work in a hardware store with a lot of great people and enjoy remembering the names of regular customers.
I usually go by MaryDan (or some attempt-to-be-punny variation on that) on the internet, but I have used the handles pikkljoose and shoesmut in the past, among many others. So, if you’ve spent any time on the-N/teennick in the past 9 years, pikkljoose might ring a bell!
This blog usually consists of reblogs of things I like, with some ‘projects’ mixed in here and there. Notably (I GUESS) in 2010 I set out to watch one movie I had never seen a week and ended up watching around 80 movies, in 2011 I resolved to watch every movie in the Disney Animated Canon, but with various hiccups I’m still catching up on that one. Finally, in February of 2012 I decided to spotlight a different fictional band every day. I’m getting the most fun out of that one, I think.
When I’m not Tumbling, I spend my time reading (usually some YA fiction and a little manga or comics mixed in), watching movies (I’ll watch almost anything but sometimes I get in a rut), playing videogames (what is UP Harvest Moon, Animal Crossing, Pokemon Snap), working or going to the library.

I guess that’s about it! I’m not too exciting and frankly, I’m a little surprised so many folks have been coming around lately and shooting a follow my way!
